De gelijkvloerse bungalow Boerenslag 10 heeft een zonnige tuin en is ingericht voor max. 5 personen. Ruime, leuk ingerichte woonkamer met gezellige zithoek, digitale televisie en DVD-speler. De moderne open keuken beschikt over een koelkast met vriesvak, combimagnetron, vaatwasser, broodrooster, waterkoker, filterkoffiezetapparaat, Senseo- en een Nespresso-apparaat. De eettafel biedt ruimte voor 4-5 personen. Het huis heeft 2 slaapkamers, waarvan één met twee naast elkaar geplaatste eenpersoonsbedden (90 x 190) en een kledingkast. In de tweede slaapkamer staat een stapelbed (onder 140 x 200, boven 90x200). De badkamer heeft een douchecabine, wastafel en toilet. De achtertuin op het zuiden heeft een zonneterras met tuinmeubels en een markies. in de aparte berging kunnen fietsen gestald worden. 2 slaapkamers, max. 5 pers. Wi-Fi Vaatwasser Bolderkar Huisdieren niet toegestaan

Op het park staan 51 geschakelde bungalows, fraai gelegen in het groen met veel rust en privacy. Het speelparadijs "de Goudvis" bevindt zich op loopafstand; in de zomer worden er regelmatig kofferbakmarkten en braderieën georganiseerd.
