Looking for a cozy holiday home on the Zeeland coast? This charming cottage with a beautiful mezzanine is located in a quiet, secluded courtyard with a few connected holiday homes. The location is perfect: within walking distance of the dune crossing to the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands and close to tourist spots, yet wonderfully quiet. The warm, homely interior ensures a unique stay without the standard holiday home feeling. From the house, you have a view of the green courtyard with trees and dunes, and children can play in the on-site playground. Restaurants and other amenities are within walking distance. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the sea! Be surprised by the bright, spacious living room. Large windows on both sides provide an abundance of natural light, while the mezzanine adds an extra dimension to the space. Make yourself comfortable in the cozy seating area, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa or in one of the armchairs. Enjoy the view of the green garden or put on a movie on the television for a cozy evening. The dining table seats six people, perfect for shared meals or a fun game. Through the sliding doors, you step right into the garden, where you can enjoy the 4-person garden table on sunny days. A parasol provides shade when the sun gets too intense. The separate kitchen has a cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and a washing machine. On the first floor, two cozy bedrooms await you. The master bedroom, with its charming mezzanine and wooden roof boarding, invites you to relaxing nights in the double bed (180x200cm). The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (90x200cm) and is equipped with a spacious sink and wardrobe. Start your day fresh in the bathroom, where a spacious shower cabin and a sink with large drawers await you. For families with small children, a travel cot and high chair are available.

The village itself is quiet and surrounded by dunes and forests, perfect for walks and bike rides. The dune crossing to one of the widest and cleanest beaches in the Netherlands is within walking distance, ideal for a day of sun, sea, and sand. Walcheren is known for its atmospheric seaside resorts and historic cities. Nearby is Zoutelande, famous for its sunny south-facing beaches and cozy boulevard with terraces and shops. Domburg, the oldest seaside resort in Zeeland, offers a unique mix of luxury, culture, and nature. Here you can enjoy the wide beaches, the stylish center, and the beautiful nature reserve De Manteling. For a bit of history and a lively atmosphere, Middelburg, the capital of Zeeland, is an absolute must.
