Please note that late check-out is subject to availability and comes with an extra charge of EUR 15 per hour.

Pets are only allowed upon request and after confirmation of the owner. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Pets need to be treated against flees and ticks a few days prior to arrival.

The final check includes:

- The trash has been disposed in the suggested containers

- The kitchen inventory is clean and tidied up

- Bed/kitchen linen is all present and has not been damaged

- The guest has not been evicted from the property by the owner.

Please note that daily cleaning is not provided.

Please note that it is not allowed to bring towels from the house to the swimming pool or beach.

Please note that it is not allowed to use more than 2 pieces of wood in the wood stove. Using anything other than wood is also not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the house or caravan. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace.

Please note that extra charges may apply for excessive gas/water/electricity usage.

Please note that music after 22:00 should be avoided.

The accommodation is less suitable for young adults.

到着時に、€ 300の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 現金でお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後の検査で宿泊施設に損傷がなければ銀行振込で全額返金されます。
