Our architectural house (2019) is a sustainable development in an area that used to be an industrial waterfront. The house is new but the interior is mostly old. Design is what I love and have been collecting over 30 years now. So the studio has all the features you need in 2023 but with a vintage vibe! Unfortunately due to government regulations the kitchen has no cooking facilities. There is however an egg cooker and microwave at your disposal.
I am an interior photographer who bought a piece of land to have this beautiful house built on. So lucky!
It is near the vibrant NDSM-area with lots of restaurants, clubbing venues, a supermarket and bakery. The Amsterdam-North area is now very popular and known for beautiful restaurants of all shapes and moods. Make reservations in advance! Please inform yourself about the location before you book. We do not want you to be disappointed as it is not in the city centre. But very easy accessible. Take the free ferry to NDSM from Central Station and enjoy the new architecture from the water.
