The cozy house is situated in a beautiful location in the Frisian lake district and is an excellent base for excursions. The house has a small sheltered backyard on the southwest. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Sloops can be rented in the marina next to the house . The house is situated in an excellent fishing area. Your own boat can moor in the marina for a small fee. Please note: The tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day and must be paid in cash on site.
My name is Nynke and my husband Meindert and I own the marina in Jutrijp. My parents, my grandmother and 2 aunts had the houses built in 1959. Now only we live there and that is why we rent out the other house. The peace, the beautiful lakes, the vast fields with deer roaming from time to time and the beautiful sunsets make us live here with great pleasure. Hope to see you soon!
Guests have access to the marina. There is plenty to do in the area. Sloten is a small historic town. Sloten (Frisian: Sleat) is a (former) fortified town in the municipality of De Friese Meren, in the Dutch province of Friesland. Sloten is close to the Slotermeer and is located between Lemmer and Balk. Sloten is one of the Frisian eleven cities. In IJst, for example, there is the sawmill de Rat, which still works and can be visited. In Sneek there are many nice shops and it has a cozy center. Makkum has a cozy boulevard and beach on the IJsselmeer and Workum also has a beautiful historic city center. These places are all between 5 and 30 minutes away.
