Property information

Wooden railway guard house from 1918, centrally located on the edge of the center of Zwolle. The house is made of wood, of which there are only 4 in the Netherlands. They were used for the railway guard who used to maintain / guard the railway. In the house you will therefore find several references to the Dutch Railways. Opening of this holiday villa was in April 2018, after a long renovation in which the atmosphere has been retained and comfort has been added. You rent the location as a group, there are no other people in the house. However, the owners live behind the house and there is an adjacent separate room for rent on the same property attached to the house but without direct passage. Parking is possible on site or on public roads.

Neighbourhood information

The ideal location in the stately Veerallee district. At a 5 minutes walking distance from the station, the IJsselhallen, Dinoland and the center. Highway exit Zwolle Zuid is only 1-2 minutes away. The house is semi-detached (extra guest house and owner's house adjoining) and is located in a residential area with the parallel road of the main road at the front of the house and the railway at the back.
