Bjørvika Apartments was established in 2009 with a modest two apartments for rental. Today we manage more than three hundred apartments and are still growing concurrently with the growing demand and appreciation for self-serviced apartments. We accommodate a range of different guests every week; business travellers, insurance clients and tourists on vacation to mention some. Accordingly, we emphasise the importance that our apartments are furnished to accommodate the various needs our guests may have and we think it is important that you are able to continue your daily routines while staying with us. Our apartments are modern and have efficient floor planning, large windows, balconies, good ventilation and soundproofing. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a seating area, separate bedroom(s) and a bathroom with laundry machine. Accordingly, you can make your own food, rest on a couch while watching television or reading a book, or doing laundry; all within the comfort of your own apartment. Please note that these apartments is located in the middle of the beautiful, but busy part of Oslo - that includes bars, cafès and public transport - so some noise should be expected, especially during weekends.

Our apartments are located at Solli Plass. With its cafés, restaurants, and cocktail bars right outside it is a lively area both day and night, especially during the summer. Enjoy a nice meal on Villa Paradiso followed by a delicious drink at Champagneria. A short walk from the apartment you will find Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen. A modern new area propped with cozy restaurants, bars and museums. You can walk alongside the dock and have your dinner at Lekter’n. A popular restaurant floating on the water. However, you must be early as Lekter`n gets crowded after work hours. The apartments are also in walking distance of Oslo’s main shopping street, Karl Johan. On your way there you will also pass The Palace Park. A beautiful green area in the middle of the city center. Make sure to check if the red flag is on the Palace, that means the King is currently in Norway! If you prefer a quite evening at home, there are several grocery shops in the area and you’ll have a fully equipped kitchen to make exactly the food you like in.
