The neighborhood is quite and mostly families with kids . The houses are spread and there is a lot of nature around . From spring to autom are ships either visible from the balcony or by walking a bit around . The ships do move around and rotate . The area is Great for walking and hiking . Regarding transport the best way is to have a car , the bus stop is next by but is not so often busses. if you want to go to Bergen you can also take the boat . In case you dont have a car i might be able to pick you up from Frekhaug terminal there is good connection with busses from Bergen and the duration is 30 min when is not rush hour.
