Our reception is located at Josefines gate 30 - The SWEET. We have a 24/7 mobile reception, where you can reach us. During office hours we are here for you via email, phone and chats here. After office hours you can reach us via mobile phone and our Securitas service can help you out in emergencies. We are an experienced and responsible host, with a friendly and helpful staff. We focus on efficient check ins, quiet stays and cleanliness of our apartments. Our house rules are simple: No parties, quiet time from 10 PM - 08 AM, easy check in after 3 PM, easy check out at 11 AM and cleaning of the apartment is included in the nightly rate. We appreciate it if you dispose of your trash and put on the dishwasher before you depart. Whether you are travelling alone, with friends, or family we are always happy to make your accommodation a great experience. Our apartments are at your disposal, and we hope you'll enjoy your time visiting us here in Oslo.

Property information

In Parkveien 73 we have a modern apartment building in a historic facade with historic surroundings. This apartment building only operates with mobile keys trough the app Unloc., please make sure you have a smartphone compatible with the application. We have two different apartment types that are suitable for both short and longer stays. Our apartments all have an open kitchen and living room, space to eat and an amazing Englesson bed to sleep in. Some apartments also a balcony. Right outside the apartment building you can take the bus number 21, which goes to Tjuvholmen and further to Fornebu. The nearby attractions include Solli plass, Vigelandsparken, The Royal Palace and the city center is only a 15 minutes’ walk away. You will find our reception in Josefines gate 30 / The SWEET, which is staffed in the opening hours and will help you with questions about shops, restaurants and sights in the area.

Neighbourhood information

Parkveien 73 is centrally located in Oslo between Frogner and Tjuvholmen in the Skillebekk area. Bus 21 goes directly outside and directly to Tjuvholmen and further to Fornebu. Other public transport such as trams, trains and flight trains are also nearby at the National Theater, which is also conveniently close to the Royal Palace and Karl Johan Street. You can easily find grocery shopping nearby as well as Solli Plass, where you can take trams and busses in and out of the city center. Walking to the Royal Palace and the Park is also an opportunity with only 15 minutes walking distance. This area is great for people who would like to live in a modern but historical building, with easy self check in / out via the Unloc. App.
