Hjartdal Fjellstoge is a mountain lodge situated in the heart of Telemark (150 km west of Oslo). The lodge is rented to persons, organisations and corporations using it for weekend trips, team building trips, seminars and family events (birth days, weddings and so on). The lodge is well suited for groups from 15 to 55 persons.

Hi my name is Arild and me and my wife Malika will be your hosts at your stay at our cabin in Telemark. We love to spend time in the beatiful sourroundings in Telemark and we hope you and your group will enjoy it as well. Malika is a public nurse and spend much time helping refugees upon arriving in Norway. I have a business degree from University of Minnesota and have been involved in differrent types of jobs during the years, banking, consulting and running this Mountain Lodge in Telemark. We both love spending time in the nature, skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking and paragliding. Hjartdal is a nice place to enjoy these activities!

Hjartdal Fjellstoge is located 710 meters above sea level in the heart of Telemark (150 km west of Oslo). We are located close to many attractions in Telemark like Gaustatoppen (highest mountain in southern Norway, Telmarkskanalen, Bø Sommarland (waterpark), Seljord, Rjukan and so on. Activities next to cabin in the summer: beautiful mountain hiking and fishing in mountain lakes, canooing at mountain lakes. Winter: prepared ski tracks (50 km) starts at the cabin, 1 hour drive to various down hill resorts.
