The fantastic view over the fjord and the mountains can be seen from almost all windows. The living room is the center of the house. Here you can relax after a busy day. In Hjelmen a hiking trail leads up to a hill with the stone cave "Northern winds". The little ones will enjoy a hike through the fairytale forest in Årdal, where gnomes and trolls hide behind the trees. Good fishing and plenty of fish in the river and lake.
