Cozy holiday home with 250 m of shoreline and a view of the Korsnes Fjord, a short distance to good fishing spots. Final cleaning is included in the rent. The holiday home has a wood-burning stove in the living room and a large dining table with plenty of space, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view. German TV channels: ARD, RTL, Sat1. Norwegian channels via Telia. Internet, 25 Mbits. Kitchen and bedroom in peasant romantic style. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle. Separate room with WC and infrared sauna for 2 people. 65 m. to swimming in the fjord. The holiday home is located on a farm with sheep, chickens and ducks. The chicken house is located right next to the holiday home. 3 km from hiking trail with great views. 16 km to lake Megardsvatnet, with a surrounding area with outdoor activities, bonfires, games and "Tarzan Forest". Steep hill down to the boathouse and boat mooring, 70 m from the holiday home. Covered filleting area with light and running water 50 m from the holiday home. Please note that the largest boat, the 18ft Silver Viking, is moored in a marina 2.6 miles from the holiday home. Boats for rent: 1 pc 15 foot Rana with 8 HP engine 1 piece 17-foot Pioner with 40 HP Yamaha, chart plotter/sonar, 8 rod holders 1 pc 18-foot Silver Viking Fisker with 50 HP Evinrude, cabin, chart plotter/sonar, 8 rod holders

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
