Experience tranquility in a standalone apartment nestled near the beach and woodlands. Just a leisurely walk from Skallevold Beach, Esso Forest, and the Karlsvika Recreational Area. Ideal for holidays or prolonged work-related stays amidst serene, rural backdrops. The apartment features a bedroom furnished with a double bed or a bunk bed. Additionally, there's space for two more guests in the living room. Easy and frequent bus connectivity to the city center is available. Please note that although the apartment is located on the ground floor, there are a few stairs from the parking spot down to the entrance which may be challenging for people with walking impairment.
Family of four living in the main building. Two friendly cats. Please reach out if you have any questions or if something is amiss in the apartment.
Calm and quiet neighborhood. Short distance to Skallevold Beach and Ringshaug Beach. Playgrounds, kiosk, forest, and sea in the immediate vicinity. Short distance to shops, gym, pharmacy, etc. at Tolvsrød Center and Olsrød Center.
