Im from Oslo. I own several companies and have around 40 employees. I have been in the rental business for about 10 years and rent out several apartments in Oslo. I am also a qualified real estate agent. My goal is to be a super host. In always available and making sure the apartments are clean and nice. If different situations arise, there is always a good solution if you have open and honest communication. It is 100% self check in and I do not live on the property. All communication is via airbnb chat.

The apartment is 72 square meters. The apartment has a hallway, bathroom, kitchen and 4 bedrooms. One bedroom can also be used as a living room. Up to 8 people can therefore live in the apartment, although it will feel cramped. The apartment is equipped with the most common appliances, so you can move straight in. Clean towels, clean bed linen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, plates, glasses and lots more.

Neighbourhood information

1 min walk to the shopping street and 3 min walk to the national park. All the sleeping rooms is in to a nice garden. So its very quiet. 1 min walk to the underground, tram and busses who take you everywhere. 1 stop with the underground (anyone) to the train station
