Fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Leiligheten har ett soverom med 120cm seng. Sovesofa på stua kan gjøres om til to liggeplasser. Barneseng kan settes inn på soverom. Gangavstand til dagligvarebutikk, Finnsnes sentrum og bussholdeplasser. Gratis parkering. Vertene er behjelpelig med guiding/tips i forhold til turmål i området, fjellturer, jakt og fiske.
