Property information

Modern cabin located in a cabin area by the sea. The cabin was built in 2017. Has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway with wardrobe and open plan between kitchen and living room. Large terrace with a lovely panoramic view over the sea, nice sunny conditions during the day and evening sun until about 11 pm in the summer. A short drive to Uttakleiv, where you can enjoy the midnight sun in all its glory. Parking right outside the cabin. Plenty of space for 2 cars. The cabin has most of the utensils you need for cooking (coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, saucepans, frying pan, spatulas, ladles, wine opener, cutlery etc...), modern oven, induction hob and integrated dishwasher. The bathroom has a modern design with heating cables in the tiled floor and a new washing machine.

Neighbourhood information

The cabin is perfectly located if you want to explore Lofoten. The same distance east to Svolvær (approx. 1 hour's drive), Kabelvåg and Henningsvær as west to Reine and Å in Lofoten. The Lofotr Viking Museum is a 15-minute drive from the cabin. Only 10 minutes by car from Leknes Airport, and the center of Leknes, with all its services. Here you will be able to find most facilities such as shops, petrol stations, restaurants/bars and car hire companies. Hurtigruten calls at Stamsund, approx. 20 min drive. The golf course at Gimsøy is about 6 miles away. You don't need to drive a car to get to great hiking terrain. Many marked trails that lead to mountain peaks with fantastic views. If you prefer a relaxed time on the beach, the famous Haukland beach is only a 20-minute walk away. Vikstranda, which is even closer to the cabin, is at least as nice in our opinion.
