Welcome to a modern efficiency apartment perfectly located in Vågbsygd in Kristiansand, close to the sea, nature, and the city center. The efficiency apartment is renovated in 2025 and is situated in a peaceful residential area with parking available at the property. You'll find a local mall and several shops nearby, only 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from the "Dyreparken Zoo" and "Sørlandssenteret" shopping center by car. The apartment is close to the sea, beautiful nature and great hiking areas for both short walks and longer excursions.
The apartment is ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers — with everything you need within easy reach.
NB! The apartment is an efficiency apartment located under the main house and because of the construction, some footsteps from above can be heard.
