Property information

Top modern apartment in traditional rorbu style by the coast. Magnificent views towards the sea, the village of Ballstad and the iconic mountains. Everything you could wish for is available in the apartment. Two bedrooms with king size beds + loft (access via ladder) with two beds. Jetty with the possibility of placing your own boat, as well as your own parking with car charger. Several restaurants and a lot of cultural life in the area. Perfect starting point for your Lofoten holiday.

Neighbourhood information

The village Ballstad is located just a few minutes west of Leknes city. We are talking very much in the centre of Lofoten with perfect distances to mostly everything there is to be seen. A perfect place to calm down and have as a base for your entire stay i Lofoten! Ballstad offers everything you need regarding ocean and mountains. Lots of local hiking options and several places to rent boat or join in on a fishing trip with a local fisherman. Several restaurants and a lot of cultural life in the area. Supermarkets just around the corner :)
