From here the ferry takes you to Kristiansand in 25 minutes. Aure is known for its spectacular hiking trails into the mountains. The island of Tustna is considered the cradle of the klippfish, which grew into one of the most important industries in the region. You can learn more about the local fishery on Tustna at Kråksundet Sjøbruksmuseum. To Trondheim it is about 2 hours. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
