Perfect for a large group / two families or lots of friends to enjoy. The house has to apartments with a total of 7 bedrooms, two baths, two kitchen-/living room areas, and an outdoor area with a dock - just for you. The house is renovated in 2022/2023 and has a modern interior in an old fishing community. The location is perfect for exploring Lofoten since you will be in "the heart of Lofoten". 15 minutes to Leknes city and airport. 50 minutes north to Svolvær and 50 minutes vest to Å. Sunny place to enjoy the views of the mountains landscape. From September it is the perfect spot to enjoy the Northern Lights right outside your door. The house can be rented for up to 13 guests or 7 guest who wants their own room for the stay. Even though the house is rented out as one unit, it contains two apartments so that you can rent it for two families. In addition - we have installed a barbecue hut for your use on the dock. Outdoor you have several areas where you can enjoy the view, this includes area/dock by the sea/harbour. You can walk from the house up the mountain, or take a stroll around the Gjermesøy island. Bike-rentals is nearby, and a perfect way to get around.

The area is part of an old Fishermans village which is still active today. I love that the area is quiet, near the sea, and that I can walk from the house up the mountains. And still - only 15 minutes from Leknes City. You have a beautiful restaurant/bar named "Kræmmervika Havn" 5-7 minutes walk from the house. You can see it from the veranda at the other side of the bay. You park your car right outside the door for free. I would recommend renting a car to be able to see Lofoten and go to the store. Some of our guests rents bikes and uses this to ride to the local store at Ballstad, or even in to town. You can also take the bus 10 minutes from the house and to Leknes City. From there you have buses all through Lofoten. Still, a car is the easiest way.
