Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park is 42 minutes’ drive away. All air-conditioned apartments and studios include a 42-inch flat-screen TV, heat pumps in every room and a kitchenette with a stove top, microwave and a refrigerator. Some have garden views, baths or spa baths. There is a lift for those on the upper level. The property is situated opposite Tauranga Hospital and alongside a café, open all day.
