We offer you a clean and tidy space as you explore Rotorua. We are located in the suburb of Springfield, a safe and quiet residential area. This family home was converted into two separate accommodations. The ground floor is a 2-bedroom self-contained unit with a separate entrance for your convenience and privacy. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, and fridge. It also has a full-size toilet and shower. One bedroom has a super king bed, and the other has two king single beds. There's a 55-inch TV with Netflix and YouTube to enjoy. This cosy space is compacted into 45sqm, please consider this when booking for 4 adults. The top floor has a separate entrance too. It is spacious and has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. This floor is complete with kitchen, dining and lounge area. Please note that this family home was built in 1960. Please expect creaks, footsteps and noises from the upstairs guests. In connection to this, we kindly ask our upstairs guests to be mindful and observe the 9pm to 7am quiet times. For our downstairs guests, please me aware of the possible noise. We provide fresh linens and towels. There is also a washing machine you can use after your relaxing soak at the nearby geothermal spa.
