Each room has a kitchenette or full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. The property is a 10-minute walk from the shops and bars in the centre of Newmarket. It is a 5-minute walk to Newmarket Train Station and 10-minute drive to Viaduct Harbour and SkyCity Casino. All rooms have heating, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Private bathrooms with hairdryer are provided.
