The open plan living, dining, kitchen flows through large French doors to a beautiful small private courtyard... sit and enjoy the amazing Blenheim sunshine or head out on an adventure. An overnight stopover, a work base, or a holiday this stylish apartment is perfect.

Situated only a short walk to town. Blenheim is a funky, relaxed little town with so much you can do. Marlborough and the surrounding district have options galore for day trips and adventures from wine tours to tramping and cycling to boating in the sounds. So many options...walk, bike, drive, boat .... or maybe skip if you're happy 😁 It is an easy flat walk into the town centre that takes between 5 to 10 min depending on the length of your legs....and fitness.
