Stay and enjoy this amazing one-bedroom apartment....Enjoy Blenheim and Marlborough. This fully renovated property is presented to the highest standard, creating an executive chic home away from home. Warm and sunny with a fantastic full kitchen (including an induction cook top, dishwasher, and standard fridge freezer). Located only a few minutes' walk to Blenheim Centre with everything you can possibly need Restaurants...cafes...bars...shopping... Everything is made easy.

Neighbourhood information

Situated only a short walk to town, Blenheim is a funky, relaxed little town with so much you can do. Marlborough and the surrounding district have options galore for day trips and adventures from wine tours to tramping and cycling to boating in the sounds. Check out our brochures of things to do ... and feel free to add any if you go somewhere great and think others would enjoy it too. So many options...walk, bike, drive, boat .... or maybe skip if you're happy 😁 It is an easy flat walk into the town centre that takes between 5 to 10 min depending on the length of your legs....and fitness.
