Located down a very quiet street with quiet neighbours our AristaAir property creates that element of privacy and homeliness that is often difficult to achieve with holiday homes. This property is unique in that it has both thermal heating for those winter months and air conditioning for the hot summer. The private spa pool offers the opportunity to relax after a long day exploring Rotorua. With 4 bedrooms with triple sheeting and two bathrooms its ideal for 2 small families or even some corporate mates wanting to share a house. Internal garage offers that extra layer of security and bike storage and located on the wall is plenty of tourism information to help you plan your next move. With two smart TV’s and free WIFI you have plenty of opportunity to keep up today with your favourite Netflix show.
