Eclectic Styled, Inner City Art Deco home located in prime position overlooking beautiful river and city. The features in this large home take your breath away - a very special Heritage home. It is very comfortable, you can relax and take in the vista on the front porch or carry your Kayak across the road and go for a paddle. Spacious inside with room for everyone. Art Deco features are a little bit funky and a little bit Hollywood! Enjoy the experience!! A short walk to shops, city, restaurants, cafes and bars. A 2 minute walk to Marina and Harbour.
When I am not in NZ, I live in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast of Australia. Holiday homes are my passion and I enjoy hosting guests in my homes to give them a comfortable and homely holiday experience.
Inner city and on the river with amazing water views views over to the city. A short walk to Cafes and Bars and close to everything Gisborne has to offer
