A private bolt-hole near the heart of the city, the ‘Aspiring Villa Apartment’ is fully fenced and gated with secure parking behind our commercial legal office "Aspiring Law Cashmere'. The open plan living is bright and spacious and opens onto a sunny balcony perfect for alfresco dining. Enjoy full kitchen facilities with dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, and full fridge freezer. The large master bedroom provides a tranquil retreat with plush King sized bed. There is a full bathroom, and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in our beautiful Garden City.
