Stylish Kitchen, elegant open plan living dining area that opens up outside. Also you can enjoy Kids Playground just over the corner. Nestled in an urban, modern, safe, family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parks to enjoy. Conveniently close to Penetaka Reserve Playground, Matepu Park and the Lakes water park. 2 minutes drive to the Local restaurants. Baba's Turkish Eatery is recommended. 5 Minutes to The crossing Tauranga newest shopping complex with grocery shops, movies, restaurants and more. 10 minutes to the Tauranga city center and 15 minutes to the Mount on the toll road. 15 minutes drive to the Mclarens Fall Park.
