Open plan kitchen, dining and living with laundry and courtyard on the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with ensuite, and a second bedroom and bathroom. All amenities provided for an easy going stay, for just you or the whole family. Available on request: • Free off-street parking • Free use of the port-a-cot & high chair • Extra linen for use of the sofa bed (additional cost for groups of 4 or less) • Early check in/late check out (additional cost, subject to availability) Entire property with access via an electronic keypad for easy check in/out. We kindly ask that the property is left in a respectful condition. Our cleaner is amazing however if the house is left in an excessively untidy state, extra fees may apply. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside, and no parties. Please be respectful of other residents. Local recommendations: • Coffee - C4 Coffee - Localised coffee roster • Brunch - Little Poms - Cosy local eatery • Slow cooked meats - Smokey T’s - Award winning low ‘n’ slow wood smoked barbecue
