This is a nice home upstairs in Karori Wellington - private rooms with SHARED bathroom.
Peaceful environment: at the back there's a Bridge across a little stream & many Birds in the trees. Convenient location: a few minutes easy walk to the main road for bus, cafe and takeaway.
Outdoors: upstairs there is a dining and seating area; downstairs big deck.
Total three rooms with ONE bathroom, ONE air-conditioner:
1. In the Large Room with big windows, guests could use the existing HDMI cable to connect their own laptop to the TV. This is the biggest room with a queen bed, and a small single bed with a thick mattresd. The room suits ONE guest long term, or two guests short stay.
2. Double wardrobe Room is sunny in the morning, furnished with a double bed. This room is reserved long term for a friendly Asian female professional; listing of this room to be deleted.
3. Single wardrobe room has a double bed with a nice headboard and a thick mattress, so comfortable. This is the smallest room, but very sunny.
Kitchen, dining and living are in the same area; no separate living no lounge.
Best check-in time: AFTER 4pm (sometimes 12 noon - 2pm before school pickup); SELF check-in possible with at least 1 day notice.
The host was a uni lecturer overseas & a public servant in NZ until 2024, now semi-retired enjoying gardening and looking after family member. The host stays nearby, available for assistance almost any time.
