You have a panoramic view of the bay from both levels, plus a balcony situated off the master and second bedroom. Imagine having a chilled drink taking in the vista while the kids kick a ball around on the spacious lawn - now you're on holiday! When you get back from days spent at the beach, a summer must-have awaits - an outdoor cold shower to rinse off the sand and salt! Whitianga is a popular seaside town, and Buffalo Hill couldn't be in a more convenient location. It's just a four-minute drive to the supermarket to pick up supplies, takeaways, and the shops on the Esplanade. For a relaxing retreat to Whitianga, make Buffalo Hill your next escape! Please note the seawall steps are out of action, so alternatively for beach access, there are the neighbour's steps to the right or a crawl down over the rocks. Alternatively, the nearest reserve walkways of which are located a few doors down either side. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
