Guests staying at this property have private use of an architecturally refurbished 1895 small house with a private street entrance from 49 Walton St, Roslyn. There is a private courtyard garden in front, and on-street parking. Please note there is a set of stairs from street to footpath (shown in photos). Guests have a modern bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchenette and a small private lounge. Smart TVs in all rooms, and free fast speed LAN internet use. At the rear of the small house is a new house that is the private residence of the owners, Marilyn and Chris. The full property is a mix of traditional and modern with a high quality finish and landscaped gardens maintained by owner Marilyn. Guests interested in architecture, design and decor will appreciate the quality renovation of the house and the wonderful garden environment.
The property is located in the inner city Roslyn area close to cafes fast food outlets and a supermarket and just 5 minutes drive to the CBD hospital, private Mercy Hospital and the University. Columba College for girls is just a quick walk around the corner on Oban St /Highgate. Business and family visitors to the city can have the best of both worlds as they can relax in a private beautiful garden environment and within a few minutes they can be in the inner city and at work.
