The apartment is located in a modern complex build in from 2019 to 2020. A more welcoming, relaxing environment for tenants was part of the design brief. The apartment have a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom in Hamilton CBD. The kitchen is fully equipped and have a washing machine. On street parking only. Free parking from 5pm to 8am.
I am a joiner by trade. Me and my partner love to travel and explore. We enjoy local attractions and food. We enjoy meeting new people and to learn about their culture and history. We like to visit places of the beaten track. Locals know those gems that the tourists are unaware of.
In the heart of the city. Imagine a place where it take less time to walk than finding a parking spot or wait for an Uber. Conference centres, offices, Wintec, Skycity, rugby, theatres, cricket, 80+ eateries, and bars all within a 15 minute walk. All your business and relaxation and entertainment covered from one location. And then you can explore Raglan, Waitomo caves, Hobbiton, Blue Springs and Karangahake Gorge, all less than an hours drive away. Make this your starting point to enjoy.
