The apartment is cozy and clutter free. Decor is fresh and bright, with full afternoon sun.
Host responds promptly to messages in a friendly and professional manner.
Public walkway access via James Cook Centra lobby to the lift on right at end of walkway taking you down to arcade and out onto Lambton Quay golden shopping mile and cable car to the Botanical Gardens. Shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and public transport are all within easy walking distance. The waterfront is two blocks over from Lambton Quay on the seaward side. Oriental Bay beaches are within walkable distance via the waterfront walkway. Cuba Street is funky for shopping, cafes and restaurants and within easy walking distance. Although the Atrium unit is next to a busy road, the effect of any noise is minimal and guests have not been bothered by it. The windows and doors are all double glazed. The walls are insulated to minimise noise so that guests have a comfortable stay.
