Property information

This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the lower level with extraordinary mountain and stream views from the deck. The apartment faces West for the afternoon sun and is sheltered from the wind. You can hear the stream from the master bedroom. The Belvedere is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 300m walk to Lake Wanaka and Wanaka township. The building is modern and architecturally designed with modern décor and furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and Alexa. Other features include undercover car parking for one vehicle (Height restriction is 2m), ski/snowboard DRYING ROOM and SAUNA facilities. We are now able to provide guests with free wifi! Bed configuration Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
