This spacious 4 bedroom is centrally located being a 10 minute walk into town. Situated over 3 levels. The top tier is for entertaining and leisure. A large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a balcony to enjoy the fabulous lake and mountain views. On the second level, you will find 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have Super King Beds (can be split into two). The 4th bedroom contains a Queen Size Bed with your own private dressing room. The lower level contains a double-car garage and laundry, with plenty of room to store Winter and Summer sports equipment.
We are true hospitality pros, having owned bars and restaurants for over 25 years. We take pleasure in creating a memorable experience for our guests. We also possess great local knowledge, and are on hand to assist with any of your local inquiries.
Suburb Street is located a 10 minute walk into Central Qeenstown, where you can enjoy the excellent bars and restaurants on offer.
