The second level comprises the kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. On the third level, you'll find the master bedroom with an ensuite, providing stunning sea views and a private retreat for parents. Indulge in luxury across various dining and outdoor areas, allowing you to unwind while the BBQ sizzles in the background. The home is perfect for a family getaway, offering ample space and comfortable living areas. Chuck’s Retreat ensures a comfortable stay with a spacious bathroom and full laundry facilities. Ample space is available for your boat to rest between adventures exploring the Coromandel, and with a nearby boat ramp, you'll be on the water in no time. The retreat provides sports gear, including two kayaks, offering opportunities for safe swimming and excellent walks in Opito Bay. Conveniently located on your way, Kuaotunu is the perfect spot to stock up on supplies. Explore the village of Kuaotunu, just under a 15-minute drive away, where you'll find shops, cafes, restaurants, and a convenience store.
