11 Goring Street is an elegant, freshly renovated and luxuriously appointed two bedroom apartment located in a quiet no-exit street in Thorndon, Wellington. Renovated with both short and long stays in mind, it's perfect for both relaxing after a long day of adventuring around our Capital city, or for creating a home/office away from home during a professional business trip.
Discretely positioned, private and quiet, you will find peace when you enter the apartment in a well laid out open plan configuration, allowing you to talk to your colleagues or family members, or get a little space if you need to unwind.
Take a relaxing bath or shower, do your laundry whenever you wish, cook for yourself in a full kitchen, or order in if that's your thing. Thorndon is right on the City's doorstep so if going out is required, all of Wellington's restaurants, cafes and bars are at your fingertips, and almost all within walking distance.
Tourists will be close to a plethora of great hikes, bird life, museums and must-do's. The Stadium is close by for those sports or concert aficionados, and Parliament and the Court district is 5-10 minutes away on foot for Professionals here on business.
I have been a local host since 2015, and a local since birth. I run various businesses and if I was ever asked, the one thing in common between them all is people. I love helping people enjoy life, whether it's financial (in my professional capacity), or enjoy themselves while in Wellington and experience all that our Capital has to offer.
My wife and I are also travellers, and as we experience new things (some good some not so good), we consider how we might enhance the experiences of our guests. We hope you will find little touches while staying in our apartment which give you a more enjoyable experience.
