With panoramic views over the estuary and city, all the way to the Southern Alps and the Pacific Ocean, this is an idyllic spot to get away from it all and unwind. Our neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We are located in Christchurch's premier beach suburb with two of our best beaches just a few minutes drive away and the Christchurch CBD 20 minutes by car or around 40 minutes by bus. There is public transport within walking distance at the bottom of Clifton Hill, however a car would be a more convenient option as we are at the top of the hill. Christchurch is easy to drive around, and parking in most places is free or relatively inexpensive. The purple line bus travels directly from the airport to Sumner and back again via the CBD. Sumner beach is right at the bottom of our hill - just a 15 minute walk downhill.
