Fox Glacier Lodge is located in Fox Glacier and sits on the edge of The Westland Tai Poutini National Park. Free WiFi access is available. The lodge offers bed and breakfast accommodation as well as self-contained units with cooking facilities. All units have private bathrooms, and some feature a spa bath and gas log fires. 日本「氷河ハイクのためにこちらへ宿泊。フランツ・ジョセフに比べてフォックスビレッジはとても小さいので、外出するのに特に不便が無い立地。 室内はバスルームが比較的広いが、代わりにベッドルームが狭いので、大きな荷物の出し入れは不便かもしれない。アメニティは全て揃っている。木造で暖かみがある反面、木材の伸び縮みする音が夜中でも響く。」 - Yuko
ニュージーランド「新しいロッジでとても清潔でした。ミニキッチンとありましたが、電気コンロはなく、電気プレートのみでした。カレー位なら作れますが、目玉焼きとかは工夫が必要です。キャンパー用のキッチンは外にあります。珍しくドリンクの自販機もありました。 土ホタルの群生地まで徒歩2分くらい。宿の主人が群生地まで案内してくれました。簡単なツアーですが(トラックを歩くだけ)とても満足しました。予想より沢山の土ホタル、洞窟ツアーにお金払うよりいいかも。一年中楽しめるそう。見る価値あります。」 - Lorraine
