Located in the heart of Taupo, this 2 bedroom apartment is less than a minutes' stroll to the lake and an 8 minute stroll to town centre. With an abundance of cafe's, restaurants, pubs, shops, mini-golf, and the Sunday Market - all at your fingertips. The Tui Street Apartment complex is a popular spot for families who enjoy the convenient location, and the bonus of having the year-round heated swimming pool. Boasting 2 bedrooms with multiple bedding configuration options, this is the perfect spot for your next Taupo getaway. 1 x Super-King Bed (Upstairs). This bed can be split into 2x Single beds if required. 2x Single Beds (Upstairs) 1 x Sofa Bed for one person only (Downstairs living room) If you require the Super-King bed to be made as 2x Singles, or if you require the Sofa bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. The main bathroom is upstairs, and sits between the 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a door that accesses the bathroom, so it is like a dual ensuite. Each door can be locked from the inside of the bathroom. The bathroom has a spa-bath, shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet downstairs. There is only a small fridge with a small freezer compartment - not a full fridge/freezer. Security cameras present at the exterior entrance and exit. PARKING - There is a long car-port under the apartment. The height restriction is 2.25 metres. There is plenty of room for one vehicle, or two small cars, parked one behind the other. Any vehicles that do not fit in the carport, will need to be parked on the roadside. There is no garage - please see photos. The carport does not have a door, so is not suitable for storing bikes or sports gear etc
