ositioned just moments from the waterside, this spacious and bright 6 bedroom home offers spectacular lake outlooks and fantastic outdoor areas to soak up the all-day sunshine. Drive to town centre in only 4 minutes, or stroll to the popular Mole & Chicken Restaurant & Bar which is only 550 metres from your front door. This generous-sized multi-level home, is perfectly set up to host 2 families. The entry level consists of a large well-equipped kitchen, main living and dining areas, 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs boasts a second kitchen, living and dining area, plus an additional 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The top floor of the house features a large master bedroom with spectacular lake & mountain views – with ensuite and spa-bath. You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor entertaining. The downstairs living area opens out to a courtyard and a games room with table-tennis and other games – perfect for keeping the older kids entertained! Fire up either of the 2 BBQ’s (one is gas and one is charcoal) and sit around the fire-pit creating memories with friends or family. Hilltop House is a popular spot for family groups of up to 12 guests. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups permitted. Linen and exit clean included in the nightly rate.
