This 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom apartment is smack bang in the middle of the Picton CBD. Cafes, shopping and waterfront is literally steps from the front door. Ideal for those coming off the ferry on foot or bringing their own vehicle.
The perfect location for family or friends to get together to explore our beautiful little seaside town.
Marlborough is the gateway to the beautiful sounds with many different wildlife, seafood, or leisure cruises and other outdoor activities on offer. Marlborough is also an iconic wine region for those who love a luxurious lunch and glass of Sauvignon amongst the vines.
