Property information
This waterfront property truly is a magical spot for your Raglan getaway. Modern, 5 bed, 3 bath, expansive deck & views - You'll feel like you're floating on the Kaitoke inlet, admiring Mt Karioi while peacefully sipping on your morning brew or evening tipple. Tucked away down a quiet cul-de-sac with direct high tide water access for a relaxing Summer dip or to set off on your Kayak or Paddle Board adventure.
The house and separate studio has been specifically designed to face West and take in the stunning all day views of Mt Karioi and the inner harbour. With wall to wall glass bi-fold living room doors in the main house opening out to an extensive covered deck and four of the five bedrooms situated waterside, as you move through the house, you never miss an opportunity to admire the spectacular water and mountain views.
The central living area boasts a large, cosy corner suite, perfect for a family holiday movie watching session on the huge flat screen Smart TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bench and seating for four. Or choose to dine al fresco under the covered outdoor area and admire the beautiful sunsets behind Mt Karioi.
In the main house there are two Master bedrooms at either end of the house, both enjoying water views, with walk in wardrobe and internal bathroom access, one with a King bed and one with a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 also has Queen bedroom, with water views, and Bedroom 4 has a double bed with garden view.
Both bathrooms in the main house have shower, vanity and toilet facilities. One bathroom can be accessed by both the kitchen and living area and via Master bedroom one. The second bathroom servicing Master bedroom two, the Queen and double bedroom can be accessed via the hallway and Master walk-in wardrobe. There is no bath at this property, however you can wash away sandy toes or simply enjoy the serenity of outdoor showering with the hot water outdoor shower.
Neighbourhood information
At the rear of the property, elevated and accessible via the external steps, you will find the separate studio complete with a Queen Bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower, sitting area with sofa and a ktichenette to enjoy your morning cuppa. The studio has elevated views of the inner harbour and Mt Karioi and real highlight.
Behind the studio there is a secondary outdoor dining table and the opportunity to further enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the inner harbour and mountain landscape. Alongside this space is the perfect graveled Petanque area for enthusiastic friends and family looking for a bit of light holiday competition.
For extra comfort the house and studio have been fitted with an Air conditioning and Heat pump for the perfect sleeping temperature Summer or Winter.
A laundry complete with top loader washing machine can be used during your stay.
This quality home, in a quiet waterfront location is a unique find in Raglan and it's sure to take your Raglan stay to the next level.

This house has direct access to the Kaitoke inlet and is not fully fenced. Children are the responsibility of accompanying adults.
Kaitoke Street is directly infront of the house and servicing two neighbouring properties, so occassionally cars will drive past the front deck.
There is parking available for 4 - 5 cars if parked one behind the other. There is also space for a boat and/or other water sports equipment, however this is not a lockable space.
To access the Petanque and elevated dining area, there are a series of landscaped outdoor steps to climb.
