Founder of MyStays, Elle Knight, took ownership of Lakeside Accommodation in 2014 when it had just eight properties. Less than 10 years later, she has built a team of 30 staff who manage more than 70 properties around the Lake Taupo region - all via word-of-mouth. Over the years, Elle has established robust systems and processes that allow her to provide an extremely high level of service. This is then passed down to her employees, through best-practice training and development. There’s no question that the MyStays team are the experts in managing listings, marketing properties and taking care of guest communications. And on the ground - our GEMs are highly skilled in all areas of day-to-day property management, knowing that the details matter when ensuring that guests enjoy their stay.

Bring your boat, jet ski, or mountain bikes to explore the local area. The lake and marina are just a 5-minute stroll away through the reserve or a quick 2-minute drive. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
