Korbaylen Estate is set on 10 acres with the added advantage of being a close drive to the city. There is a complex of shops that are very close... 2.5ks. Those close shops consist of a supermarket,takeaway bars, sushi shop and bakerys and pizza places
The two rooms we offer are quite different. The deluxe double room has its own large lounge,dining office, and a kitchenette, Two bathrooms are provided for this room. One an ensuite and one a large family bathroom with seperate toilet.Very spacious with two t.v.'s
The studio is in a retro style bed sit with a full kitchen. The studio has a small ensuite. The studio is seperate to the house. Very quiet and peaceful but a lot smaller than the house.
We have a few steers that we run on the property and we also have a very friendly little dog called Molly. A not so friendly cat called Rico
Brett and I are pretty laid back people that do take a pride in our property and make sure its clean and well serviced.
The kitchen has a microwave.... We dont allow big cook ups.
We provide a simple continental breakfast with cereal fruit.yoghurt and fruit muffins. Biscuits tea and coffee provided.
The guests have their own space and we do our best not to intrude. Our guests love the ambience of the place and feel very comfortable and at home. Please come and stay here and see for yourslves. You will be made welcome
Hi we have been hosting for a few years now and really enjoy meeting all the lovely people.
My husband is a funny man and has kept many a person entertained with his stories. We are very interested in people but do not intrude in your space. Most people we find like to be left to their own devices so we do keep to ourselves most of the time.
Some people like a chat and we can oblige with that too. We love living here and like to share with other people our enjoyment.
There are two fine resteraunts near where we live so we are very handy. This is a great base to stay a couple of nights while visiting Hobiton,Waitomo caves and Raglan beach. We also have a lovely walk round the zoo. Lots of river walks and the Hamilton Gardens are a treat you wouldnt want to miss.
Hamilton Gardens are very popular with guests. Hobbiton is worth a visit and The Waitomo cave are awe inspiring.
Raglan beach is only half an hour away and a stop at the bridal veil falls is a must. Rotorua is only an hour away and Mount Maunganui one and a half hours drive.
