Lakeview’s On Richmond is a beautiful elevated split level exclusive apartment with Lake Views over 2 Mile Bay, Acacia Bay and Mountains. Enjoy your early morning coffee on your own balcony or enjoy the spacious Lounge and Dining area that this apartment offers you. The apartment has a separate bedroom along with Lounge/Dining/Self Contained Kitchen and Bathroom. We also provide a commercial Guest Foldaway Bed (if needed). Second Bedroom is downstairs double bed, this bedroom has exclusive access to the apartment from the stairwell. (Please note: no downstairs bathroom). The Apartment has exclusive access via the internal stairwell which is located in the garage. The garage area is for you to use with shared laundry and storage facilities. We also provide good off-street parking at the front and back of the main house. Heat pump/Air conditioning, Linen and Electric Blankets is included over your stay.

We welcome you to stay with us and have your own complete independence and privacy. We do live on the property in the downstairs main house. The elevated apartment is built over the back of the house above the internal garage. We are available if you need anything or be of any help within your stay.

A 5min drive will take you down the beautiful Lake Terrace Waterfront to Central Taupo with many options for Retail Shops and Food Outlets. Public Transport The Local Taupo Connector Bus is located outside from the property, runs Monday to Saturday to Central Taupo, Pak n Save, The Warehouse, Medical Centre and Hospital. Roadside Electric Scooters, Taxi and Uber options are available.
