Spacious & modern, comfortable for up to 8 guests.
Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including master ensuite, study room with sofa-bed, plus a well-equipped entertainers kitchen with butlers pantry & Nespresso Coffee machine.
Lovely lake views can be enjoyed from the upstairs master bedroom only.
Bedding configuration is Master bedroom 1x King, Second bedroom 1x Queen, Third bedroom 1x Single-over-Queen bunk-bed, Study Room 1x Double fold out sofa-bed (this is best suited to children).
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups allowed. Neighbours are close and must be respected at all times. This is a smoke-free property. The house must be left tidy, with all dishes washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged.
House is located down a shared driveway. Please be mindful of others who use the driveway.
