This was our family home for 15 years and just the best place to raise our three daughters - every day felt like being on holiday! Now it is our holiday home and we love sharing it with visitors from all over the world. The private sandy beach and 180 degree lake views are truly special , and you can pull your boat up at the bottom of the lawn. Six bedrooms mean there is plenty of room for extended families, and the self-contained flat is perfect for the grandparents to get away from it all. This is a real holiday home, it is unfussy and easy to live in with lots of places to sit and chill, or just admire the amazing lake views. There is a seperate lounge for the kids with their own smart TV, and a huge lawn to play on right next to the lake edge.

Our holiday home is in a very quiet cul-de-sac away from the sulphur smells of Rotorua. The village has a range of shops (including a small supermarket) and is about 10 minutes to the centre of the city.
